The project is located in the CBD area of Lake East, adjacent to the Golden Rooster Lake Ferris Wheel. The total construction area is approximately 59,500 square meters. It was designed by the Danish BIG architectural firm and adopts a garden-style layout with 9 individual standalone buildings connected in series.
