No. 32, Chengfang Street, Xicheng District, Beijing. The main structure of the building consists of a semi-circular main building and a cylindrical central building. Its shape resembles a tilted gold元宝. The site selection changes reflect the development process of China's financial management system. This building was completed in 1990 on the west side of Chang'an Street. The architectural layout integrates the principles of the four elements of traditional feng shui and has the symbolic meaning of "concealing the wind and gathering the qi" and "there is a clear hall in front", making it a landmark scenic spot along Chang'an Street. As the core of China's financial decision-making, its existence directly prompted the Beijing Municipal Government to launch the Financial Street development strategy in 1992, promoting the formation of a national-level financial management center in the west second ring area.
